For twenty-four years, The Irish Tatler Women of the Year Awards have celebrated talent and ingenuity. And while the awards have always been about championing the achievements of women, they are also an opportunity to take stock of where we are in terms of equality, opportunity and progress.
2023 brought many challenges at home and abroad, but Irish women once again excelled – and thrived. From world-leading innovators and business pioneers to exciting creatives and inspiring individuals leading fundamental change in Ireland.
